College Coaching

Transitioning to college can be challenging, especially for those who have not yet gained full independence. College Coaching is designed to help students strengthen the organization, planning, time management, self-advocacy, and self-monitoring skills that are key to thriving in college.

Sessions may include:

  • Creating and maintaining long-term plans for assignments and exams

  • Building time-management and prioritization strategies

  • Navigating college resources and accommodations with confidence

  • Finding a healthy balance between academics and social life
