Meet Our Team

  • Jenn Anderson

    FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACH

Jenn brings more than two decades of experience in education and has served as an English teacher and Learning Specialist across all three divisions—lower, middle, and upper school—at independent schools in San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Salt Lake City.

Jenn is deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and celebrates the many ways different brains experience and engage with the world. She has worked alongside students and adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and a range of learning and emotional differences. Throughout her career, she has been known not just for her expertise, but for the steady, compassionate presence she offers students who often feel misunderstood.

  • Mindy Leo

    EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACH

Mindy has over ten years of experience in education as both a Learning Support and classroom teacher. She has worked with students across disability categories and grade levels, though her heart is especially drawn to middle and high schoolers navigating ADHD and executive function challenges. With a strengths-based, highly personalized approach, she helps students better understand themselves, create planning systems that truly work for their brains, and tap into their interests as powerful motivators.

In addition to teaching, she mentors a neurodivergent group for middle school students. Mindy’s love of running, along with her desire to positively influence youth, has also led to her being a coach and leader in the Girls on the Run program for the past 18 years.

    MA in Teaching

  • Jenn was the first person to believe me when I said I was struggling and helped me with those struggles. I am incredibly thankful for the help creating step-by-step plans to execute major assignments, advice on navigating challenging friendships without burning out, and her advice on things I could do outside of school to accommodate my learning style like associating certain music to certain tasks.

    —Ali, NYU Class of 2025

  • Jenn helped me when I was struggling in school. She taught me practical skills to keep track of assignments and supported me during times when I felt overwhelmed and avoidant. Nearly a decade later, the frameworks she introduced still shape how I think and plan today.

    —Alejandro, Washington, D.C.

  • Jenn is an extremely qualified executive function coach. She began working with my son in high school and continues to work with him in college. I had so much difficulty finding a professional executive coach with a special education background, who understands ADHD and can provide writing support. I am so lucky I found her!

  • My son has had a few different coaches over the years and Mindy is the only one he asks for when he needs extra support. She is so kind, caring, brilliant, and has helped my son get through his challenging academics. And, as a bonus, has made it fun for him! I honestly don't know where we would be without her.

    —Robyn, Salt Lake City parent

  • Jenn establishes a strong rapport and working relationship with her students, which is genuine. It is so difficult to find the stellar combination of credentials she possesses.
