Executive function is guided by the brain’s prefrontal cortex, which continues developing into a person’s twenties. Think of it as the brain’s “management center,” helping with planning, organization, decision-making, emotional regulation, and flexible thinking. These skills show up in everyday moments—like getting out the door for school on time or bouncing back after a tough loss in a game.

We’re not content-area tutors, so we won’t be teaching AP Chemistry, but we are experts in helping you manage the process of school and life. Our executive functioning coaches hold graduate degrees in special education or related fields and have at least ten years of school-based experience with executive function and ADHD. Collectively, we have decades of experience and have successfully coached thousands of students.
